About Creaminds
Creaminds builds and operates AI agents for the German Mittelstand. We combine corporate-scale experience with what mid-market actually needs — pragmatic, verifiable, no vendor lock-in.
What we do
Managed service. We understand the problem, build the agent, operate it, measure the result. You get a running system, not a slide deck.
Four service lines: CRA Compliance, Quote Agent, Compliance Reporting, LLM Self-Hosting. Details on the respective service pages.
What we are not
- Not a consultancy that delivers slide decks
- Not a platform you build on yourself
- Not a startup that's gone in six months

More than two decades at the intersection of technology and business — from satellite optics at Carl Zeiss to HD video security at Dallmeier to founding a software development site in Vietnam with 35 engineers. Today in parallel Chief Expert Digital Services and Products at Knorr-Bremse Rail Systems, with responsibility for IoT and cloud platforms, AI applications, intellectual property, and cybersecurity — in a globally distributed development network.
Career stations
- Since 2022 — Knorr-Bremse Rail Systems GmbH, Munich
Chief Expert Digital Services and Products. Focus areas: IoT and cloud platforms, AI applications, intellectual property, and cybersecurity. - 2017–2022 — Dallmeier Vietnam, Đà Nẵng
General Director and Product Owner. Founding and leading an offshore software site with 35 employees and one million euros in annual revenue. In-house developments: AI-based license plate recognition, cloud security platform. - 2012–2017 — Dallmeier electronic, Regensburg
Innovation Manager and Solution Architect. Development of a modular software platform for integrated video and data management; building a dedicated development department. Key customers: the law-enforcement agency of a European metropolis and an international logistics group (46 sites). - 2008–2011 — Dallmeier electronic, Regensburg
Head of Camera Development. Initiated and led the HD surveillance camera line as one of the first manufacturers in the CCTV market; transferred series production from Korea to Germany. - 2003–2007 — Carl Zeiss Optronics (now HENSOLDT), Oberkochen
Product and project manager. Created a technology and product strategy for laser communication, patent granted. Successful deployment of components on two satellites.
Selected projects (2019–2022)
Before the focus on AI agents, several systems were built and put into production while establishing the development site in Vietnam (2017–2022, followed by an orderly wind-down after the coronavirus crisis). They show the engineering depth Creaminds builds on today — scalable platforms, GPU/AI pipelines, real multi-tenancy. Customer names are omitted for confidentiality.
- Cloud service platform. Multi-tenant SaaS with fully automated deployment, webshop-based subscribing and strong data separation; Kubernetes for scaling, integration of on-premise components via asynchronous messaging, mobile push notifications. Stack: GCP, Kubernetes, Java/Spring Boot, Angular, Docker, iOS/Android.
- Web video management. Scalable stream server with a responsive web UI for video surveillance on mobile and thin clients; low-latency streaming for remote camera control, GPU-based multi-split display.
- AI license plate recognition (ALPR). Automated plate recognition for parking management, border control and city surveillance on a GPU/tensor-core pipeline — one server per site is enough. In production in border control in Southeast Asia, among others.
- Incident management for logistics. Nationwide parcel-loss investigation for a globally operating logistics company: every parcel passes video surveillance and scanners, the system raises incidents for missing or damaged shipments — millions of images and scan records per day, a timeline UI with evidence review and automated incident reports.
- Mask detection and people counting. AI-based counting and mask detection on mobile devices, a multi-tenant cloud backend with statistics and alerts on overcrowding.
Qualifications
